Staying active during pregnancy and after having a baby can feel challenging, but with the right support, it can make a real difference to how you feel both physically and mentally. That’s why NL Active is pleased to introduce a range of new ante & post natal classes designed to support you every step of the way.
Whether you’re preparing for a baby or focusing on recovery after childbirth, these sessions provide a safe, welcoming space where you can move with confidence and take time for yourself.
Taking time to look after your own wellbeing is so important, especially during such a big life change. Our new classes are designed to help you stay active in a way that feels right for your body and mind, while also giving you the opportunity to meet other mums and mums to be in a supportive environment.
A specially designed fitness circuit aimed at supporting women during pregnancy and aiding recovery after childbirth. This session focuses on safe guided movement to help build strength, improve confidence, and support overall wellbeing at your own pace.
A gentle water based session held in the main pool and led by a trained Health & Wellbeing Activator. These classes are designed to ease tension and aches, support joints, and help you move comfortably through pregnancy and beyond. The water provides a low impact environment helping you feel lighter and more relaxed while staying active.
All our sessions are delivered in a friendly and inclusive setting, ensuring you feel comfortable, supported, and able to move in a way that suits you. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to return after having a baby, our team is here to help get you started.
